Private LL with 1 bdrm apts avail

Looking for private landlords. Looking for 1 bdrm, handicapped accessible or 1st floor needed. I have a good rental history, been in this apt for 5 yrs. Not to good on the credit report. Building that up though. Never late on any bills. Comes directly out of my bank . I'm quiet, pretty much stay to myself. Not a partier. Clean, reliable, and honest. Just received my housing voucher, that's why I'm moving out of here. I do have an ESA cat, Oreo. TYIA
