ROOM FOR RENT

I’ll have a 1 bedroom-private bathroom available for rent if you or anyone you know is looking 🎉
Space is upstairs so you’d basically have upstairs to yourself.

It’ll be just me living in the house ( y/o female)
I’m open to both males and females since i generally get along well with everyone.

Rent is $ a month (POSSIBLY will go up ever so slightly once my home is refinanced)
-includes utilities such as gas, power, hi speed internet, water, and trash.
I do have cats and they are very loving and affectionate
Two spacious closets as well as other storage if you need it.
Living/dining/outdoors will be shared space
I really don’t mind if friends come over, stay up all night or whatever. I just ask for us to be respectful to each other and our time.
Youd really just be sharing a whole house with me lol Especially if we become good friends
