The Apartment:

• Tandem parking (rotated fairly — plus easy street parking)

You’d be living with two women in their s — respectful, clean, and easy to live with. Ideal for someone who appreciates a quiet, drama-free living situation.
Other Details:
• $ refundable deposit
• You’ll sign a lease turnover agreement with the landlord — I’ll handle the coordination
