Hey yall! We have a room for rent in our beautiful condo located next to RUNYON CANYON. Currently living here is myself and my two friends in our early to mid s. We are friendly, clean, and lots of fun! We keep our home tidy, peaceful, and chill- we love living here! The open room is $- utilities included. The room comes with a balcony, a newly renovated private bathroom, closet and parking spot. We have in unit wash and dryer as well.
