🌿 Hi everyone! My name is Caterina and I’m looking for a private room in the Los Angeles area starting around late June or early July. My budget is up to $/month, and I’d ideally love a place with parking or easy street parking, as I’ll have a car.

✨ A little about me: I recently graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Environmental Economics and Policy, and I’ll be starting a full-time job as a Legal Assistant. I’m originally from Peru, fluent in Spanish and English, and love building a fun, respectful home environment.

I’m very tidy and clean, especially in shared spaces, and I really value open communication. I’m social and love to chat and hang out when the vibe is right—but I also totally respect everyone’s need for alone time and privacy.


In my free time, I enjoy going for walks, trying new restaurants, going out and exploring cozy coffee shops. I'd love to find a home with good energy and nice people.
