Hi, I’m moving to the area for nursing school and looking for a clean, safe, and respectful living environment near South Miami or surrounding areas. I’m quiet, easy to get along with, and focused on school and work. Ideally, I’m looking for a private room with a private bathroom, and access to a kitchen and laundry. The budget I have listed is my max, so I’m definitely open to something more affordable if it’s a good fit. I’m open to roommates with similar values.
