Need studio/room in Pahrump, Vegas

Description

I'm a transwoman on social security living in Vegas, looking for studio or room in Vegas or Pahrump (cause I've lived in big cities forty years solid and would like to retire to the countryside).

Just me. No kids, few/no visitors, and no pets (but pet friendly). Cannabis-accepting, moderate outdoor-only cig smoker, light drinker. I'm quiet and clean and respectful and borderline reclusive because I have my own thing(s) going on. Mainly I study UAP (UFOs and "xenology"). I'm an occasional volunteer and article-writer for the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies (SCU), though I'm not a scientist myself.

I have a current landlord reference and a former roommate reference.

I'm willing to work off some rent. I'm decent with computers, can cook a little, clean, light yardwork, organize. (I don't have a lot of fix-it skills and my COPD limits tough physical work.) I can also contribute at least a hundred per month to groceries.
