I have a fabulous room for rent w private entrance, your own bathroom. I will include a small microwave and small fridge. Has a nice size closet and would be ready by July. Please see photos. I am asking for $ deposit. We would have to sign an agreement. Has parking space. Good neighborhood. Preferably no smoking inside. Does not include food. I want to be completely private from roommate. Please contact me ASAP if you are interested. I prefer a quiet person.
