Hello! My current roommate will be moving out at the end of June, and I’m looking for a female roommate to move in sometime between July 1 and August 1, and sign onto the new -month lease starting August .
This is a BA apartment located in a clean, quiet, and well-maintained complex in Irvine.

- 📍 Location: San Carlos Apartment Homes (Harvard Avenue, Irvine)

- 🚪 Room Available: Master Bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom

- 💰 Monthly Rent: (utilities not included)

- 💡 Average Utilities: Around $ onehundredfifty/month (includes electricity, gas, water, internet)

- 📅 Move-in Date: Flexible—anytime after July 1
>> Move-in date in July is preferred.
Early storage before August 1 can be arranged if needed.

- 📝 Lease Term: at least months (August, )

- 🚗 Parking: Designated garage space included

- 🛠️ Amenities: In-unit washer/dryer, pool, gym, and more

- 🛒 Neighborhood: Quiet and convenient—just a 5-minute drive to shopping centers and major roads

👩‍💼 About Me: I’m a working professional in the game industry, respectful, easy-going, and clean. I work in the office Monday–Thursday and from home on Fridays. I value a cozy and calm living space, and I’m looking for a roommate who shares similar vibes. Occasional overnight guests or visitors are fine with me.
