What I'm looking for
● Monthly cost less than $/month, but this if flexible dependent on location
● Looking to move in August / September
● Private bedroom and bathroom, ideally furnished but not a problem if not
● Location-wise, I'm looking for a place in Sherman Oaks, Studio City, or North Hollywod, however location is flexible
● I have 2 cars, one of which needs to be in a garage. I'm ideally looking for covered parking for 1 vehicle, with street parking for the other vehicle.
● Amenities such as a gym and pool are desirable
● Roommates in s are desirable, but not a deal breaker

About Me

● I'm in office days a week and will be pursuing an MBA in person at UCLA on Saturdays, meaning Ill be gone for most of the day 6 days a week
● I typically mealprep, meaning I only cook for day a week (usually Mondays)
● + credit score and 2+ years of consistent rent history with no missed/late payments
● Planning to stay in LA until atleast the end of to finish MBA, but likely longer
