Looking for a lady that loves the Lord to move in with at me at Legacy Apartments in Wake Forest off of Durham Rd. My name is Skyla. I have lived here but do to some unfortunate circumstances I had to break my lease. But I want to move back. For a two bedroom/2 bath you can not beat the size to price ratio. This place is simply gorgeous. Rent is between to maybe a lil under . Split that’s under or close to with everything for the both of us. Both bed rooms have huge walk-in closets and the master is big enough for a king size bed. Both bathrooms huge and have his and her sinks. And I cannot tell you how much I love the kitchen island and pantry closet! I’m not exaggerating, but this place is so nice. It also has nice size patio. Amenities are a super nice gym with a basketball court, really nice pool with the TV outside, grills, fire pit, corn hole area valet trash and the biggest hr club house with tvs, pool table and kitchen area, endless seating and free coffee machine that make all kinds of coffee options. Not trying to over sell this place but it’s really a big deal. The kitchen counters are granite. All appliances are stainless steel washer and dryer, dishwasher included. I’m only interested in living with a Christian woman that is adamant about her Faith. Please no over night boyfriends. Someone seriously worshipping God who want to live with another Christian Godly girlie in Wake Forest. Must income qualified. Its in a very quiet area and like I said this place is beyond nice. Also I don’t want to live with pets because I’ll be baking desserts for a restaurant once a week. I’m not confident on a move in date yet as apartment come and go but I’m very confident there are some available units. In the coming months, or months.
