I’m looking to sublease my room from this summer. Price is negotiable but will likely be around the listed price. The apartment is located on Kelton and is about minutes from campus. The room + apartment includes utilities, water, etc. It comes fully furnished with a spacious kitchen and living area and bedroom furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, closet, and dresser.
