A private room is available starting July th in a welcoming LGBTQ+ household located in Grand Rapids. Rent is $/month with all utilities included (electricity, heat, water, and Wi-Fi).

The room is unfurnished and comes with access to shared spaces including a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, office, and basement. On-street parking is available.

You’ll be sharing the home with a friendly resident and tuxedo cat, so you’ll need to be okay with animals. This is a safe, respectful, and inclusive space – LGBTQ+ friendly is a must.
