I am a year old. My cat is a very polite 7-ish year old shorthair mix.

I am a young professional working in education. I mostly keep to myself, and like to keep a fairly predictable life. I have a full-time salary and I work a full time second job in the summer months. I'd like to seek my master's degree soon.

I am seeking an affordable room, preferably one with in-building or nearby laundry services.
My budget for a room is between $ monthly with utilities included. I am reliable, and have a fair/good credit score. I am currently trying to leave an abusive household, so my budget is very tight.
