Tempe Room for Rent!

Hello! My name is Velena, my boyfriend Mario and I are looking for a person to rent out the spare bedroom we have available in our townhome! The location of the residence is th Street and Baseline in Tempe.

To share a bit about myself, I am a th grade ELA teacher and am currently off for the summer. Mario and I like to relax at home and enjoy trying new things that we can do or make ourselves at home.
We are homebodies! So we also enjoy staying home and watching a show or movie, building the occasional Lego set, and cooking. 😊
We are friendly! We do not allow smoking inside the home, but outside is perfectly fine.

The rent per month would be hundred all included utilities (Wi-Fi, water, electric). The lease we have available is up to 6 months starting July 1st.
It would include one personal bedroom, personal access to the homes hall bathroom (as the primary user, the upkeep of cleanliness would be your responsibility), and shared access to the kitchen (cleanliness is a whole house responsibility) and laundry room.
Pets are not preferred, but are welcome with an additional fifty$/pet monthly pet fee in addition to the rent.
First months rent and percent of one months rent as a security deposit would be required before moving in. We would both also agree to and accept a lease before moving forward officially with anything, that I will have written out for us both to sign.

The pictures shown of the room and bathroom are taken most recently. The other pictures of the home are from a few years ago when I purchased the home and are added to give you an idea of the shared spaces in the home, but please be aware it is no longer furnished like this.
