If you are interested or have any questions, please let me know! I am looking to rent the space out immediately as my roommate unexpectedly had to leave for a new job!

The decor is beach themed however, if it is not to your taste, it can easily be removed!

Rent includes:
-Furnished Bedroom, -Furnished Private Office/Den (with mini fridge/freezer)
-Private Bathroom that is newly remodeled!
-Utilities Included
-High Speed Internet

Also includes:
-Covered parking space
-Personal refrigerator/freezer
-Personal pantry
-Pool access
-Gym access (treadmill, stationary bike, and rowing machine).

For every new Tenant, I supply brand new:
-Dishes
-Glassware
-Silverware
-Pots/Pans
-Sheets
-Bedspread
-(4) Pillows
-Towels
-Coffee Maker
-Coffee Cups
-Bathroom Mats
-Hangers
-Laundry Basket

Also, I always change the door locks with a new tenant! Just for extra safety!
