I'm a young professional looking for a roommate to share my -bathroom apartment located on Arthur Avenue (Little Italy, Bronx). For those familiar with the area, Arthur Avenue is a very safe and vibrant neighborhood with a variety of beautiful bars and restaurants. Just outside the building, you'll find everything you need, including a deli, convenience store, supermarket, laundry, bakery, pastry shop, fish and meat market, and pharmacy. Shopping is also convenient, with TJ Maxx, Macy's, and Burlington within a -minute walking distance. The apartment is also within walking distance to the famous Bronx Zoo and Botanical Garden. Commute is also easy with connections to trains as well as the Northern Line.

The apartment itself is fully furnished, with a large living room and separate kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances. Your room will be furnished with a queen-sized bed, mattress, and closet, so you'll only need to bring your clothes and personal accessories.

The rent includes heat, water and WiFi. Electricity bill will be split. Move-in date is July 5th, but I can accommodate an earlier move-in if needed.
