The house has plenty of parking and you won’t ever have to worry about “finding a spot” (I know we’ve all been there, looking at your apartment complexes). We have a large backyard with stamped concrete as well as a front yard. 🏡

The house is located within walking distance from a large park (Faculty Park) and multiple attractions including VASA, LA Fitness, Target, biking trails, and other activities. We are minutes from downtown Indianapolis and the Indianapolis International airport.✈️

The rent includes high speed internet, pest control, lawn services, cleaning supplies (aka dish soap, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, clorox wipes and hand soap), paper products (aka toilet paper and paper towels), and house cleaning service (they will be cleaning all common spaces/kitchen/bathrooms, but you will still be, of course, expected to keep spaces clean in between visits).

The lease terms available are months (not including utilities). Shorter lease terms ( months) may be available at an additional cost.
