Seeking a subleaser + can renew!

Hi! I am looking for a subleaser (female in their ’s) to take over my lease (July through September with option to renew) it’s a bath townhome on the border of Hopkins and Minnetonka, right by Aldi, Trader Joe’s, Ridgedale, tons of walking trails, and close access to and highway 7! You’d be living with two other lovely women in their ’s. It’s a great and spacious spot either a 2 car garage, in unit laundry, central heat + ac and a screened in patio! Utilities are usually around extra for everything! I have truly loved living here!! Message me for more info and to set up a tour!! :)
