Need 2 F roommates Williamsville

Hi! My name's Amanda (F) and I'm looking for two preferably female roommates for the apartment I'm moving into on . It is a duplex-style apartment in Williamsville. It includes 3 bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, and finished basement with private washer and dryer. There is also plenty of free off-street parking.

The house itself will be fully furnished by me, you would just need to furnish your own room, and of course if you have any of your own bookshelf, desk, or anything we can find room for that in the house.

I have 1 cat. She does not like other cats but is currently managing in a house with 3 other cats (she just hides from them).

There is one small bedroom available and one that is slightly bigger. Total rent for the unit is $ not including utilities, so I would say $ for the bigger room and $ for the smaller one (I'll cover utilities).

I'd like to meet up and chat with any potential roommates to make sure we're compatible.
