One room with own bathroom.

My current roommate is moving out at end of July. looking for a roommate to move in August till the beginning of next year. The place itself is a bath apartment. The room for rent has a queen bed and dresser. You have your own bathroom. The kitchen/living room is shared. Rent is $. This includes the wifi. Other utilities are split. Usually around $ total so $ for your portion. There is washer and dryer in unit for you to use. Parking is free but not reserved. It is first come first serve. I do have a dog. He is very friendly and usually stays in my room while I work. With this though I ask for no pets please. Simply as I dont know how they'll get along with my own or how they'll behave inside the house.
