The other two roommates are me (M gay) and my mother (F). We both work full time. and LGBTQ friendly household.

This is perfect for commuters into the city, many bus lines stop one block away on John F K Blvd East and also on Park Ave. Room has a closet, a drawer chest, full size bed, a mirror, and you have a mini fridge in the kitchen just for your food. Can use kitchen -your ware. We share one bathroom. A cleaning lady comes every other week to clean common areas of the apartment and bedrooms.

Fast speed internet, gas, water, electricity, " TV, full size bed, air conditioner and heat are all included. 1 month rent plus 1 month security. Available June th.
