The room is huge and easily fits a queen or king sized bed, a desk, and a dresser with solid room to spare. The room can come furnished as is, or things can be removed if you'd like to bring your own stuff. Window AC is already installed. The rest of the apartment is already furnished (but down to coordinate if you wanted to bring some stuff/change things around). Utilities are split , and are reasonable ($ a month).
