Hello! I’m looking for a responsible, honest, and clean individual (non-smoker) to rent out my entire basement. You’ll have access to a half bathroom, and we will share the upstairs shower and have the ability to use the kitchen.
To live here, you must be clean, organized, and employed full-time. Proof of income is required.
