We are a Christian sober household, no alcohol or drugs allowed, we are super friendly fun loving, travel freaks, newly remodeled clean house with 2 small barking dogs
we own this bath townhouse, my husband Rick and I are in the master bedroom and one other bedroom is occupied by a couple as well. We are renting out the 3rd bedroom share bath with the other couple ( share cleaning ever other week in the bathroom)

There is a pool and jacuzzi available
And 1 permanent parking space only
Guest parking as needed
There is a new washer and dryer on the premises
We offer all amenities, personal small refrigerator in garage just for that room, cabinet space, cable TV, wireless internet, gas, water, electric, All included
Share bathroom with the other bedroom

We charge $ months for supplies
Because we buy all toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap n Baggies, etc

We are all working adults, n share house cleaning responsibility together

We get a housecleaner to deep clean every 6 months and ask that you chip in a small amount to keep the house nice
We also get stairs n upstairs carpets cleaned regularly

We are an excellent set of roommates, no one yells or fights, we are all Christians and get along well and are excited to meet you

Fyi my roommates have been her for 5 years, he is only moving because his job is taking him to Idaho, my other roommates have also been here that long
