I’ve a bedroom available for rent in a new development area near Lake Perris, on the border of Moreno Valley and Perris, off Lassell. All utilities are included, including WiFi! The bedroom is furnished with a bed, mattress, and lamp.

Currently, there are four people living in the house, including myself and my fiancé. You will be sharing two bathrooms with two very clean female roommates.

We are a clean and respectful household. The rent is $ per month, with a $ deposit required. Laundry facilities are off-limits, and no pets are allowed. Thank you!
