Hey everyone! I’m looking for 3 roommates to move into a spacious and chill -bathroom house in Van Nuys starting August 1st! My current roommates are moving out at the end of the lease, and I’m hoping to keep this great place by finding solid people to fill the rooms!

🛏 Available Rooms:
- Master Bedroom – $/month
- Two Regular Bedrooms – $/month each
- Security Deposit: $ (due at move-in with first month’s rent)
- Utilities are usually around $/month per person
- Two-year lease contract


📍 Location:
Near Victory Blvd & Van Nuys Blvd. Close to Lake Balboa Park, local schools, freeway access, restaurants, and public transit

🏠 About the House:
- This is a 2-story house, sqft
- Big backyard with a BBQ grill & lemon tree
- Spacious living room – some furniture will be staying, but we’ll be re-furnishing as needed (open to collaborating!)
- Washer/dryer on-
- Internal A/C & heating
- Garage fits 2 cars + driveway fits cars total on property)
- No smoking indoors
- Unfurnished bedrooms
- Rooms are currently occupied but can be viewed by appointment
- Move-in ready by August 1st


🐶 Important: Must be dog-friendly – I have one sweet, well-behaved dog who lives here too. He is a 2-year-old pitbull/Corso mix. Super friendly, playful, and fully house-trained. He uses a doggy door to take care of business in the backyard on his own. No extra pet responsibilities required!

I am , I work in the film industry (lighting department), clean, respectful, laid-back but responsible. Looking for mature, clean, responsible roommates who are cool with dogs and down to share a calm, good-energy home.
