Looking for room in share home

Hi, I’m Alex! I’m , and moved to NYC in January. I’m looking for a room in a share house, ideally with just one other roommate, but open to two if the space is big enough.

I work full-time (WFH on Mondays and Fridays), and I’m easygoing, active, and sociable, but also really value having a calm, clean home to unwind in. I’m very tidy, respectful, and friendly. Love having my own space, but always up for the occasional movie night or a drink together.

Budget $ and longer term ( months) or possibility for renewal.
