Looking for an individual roommate for my Blaine townhome (Built ).

$ a month rent. Utilities and internet included. $ security deposit. Start date August th.

Located convenient to W right off Lexington Ave with a min commute to downtown Minneapolis. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

You’ll have a private bedroom, a private full bathroom, use of a furnished loft space as primary living room area with room to set up a tv or desk, shared laundry - all on the second floor. Home has a two car garage so one space will be yours with garage overhead storage available. My office is between the bedrooms so there’s decent privacy.

Shared kitchen/dining, and downstairs powder room. Appliances are all new with the home (dishwasher and gas range!), a second fridge in the garage provides additional space for overflow. HOA takes care of lawn and snow removal. We’ll chat and split some basic chores but I’m a “keep it clean” person. Not obsessive, I do have a bit of mess about but I don’t leave dishes sit in the sink and that sort of thing.

I do have an indoor cat so you must not be allergic. No animals of your own please.

Looking for female or non-binary roommate who intends to stay for at least a year (really would prefer multi-year). I’m a woman in my ’s with a professional career working full-time from home. I like to go to the gym, read, and watch tv in the evenings. I love and board games so bonus if you love those too. I’ve been friends with roommates in the past and friendly with others. Happy with either! Must not be racist, homophobic, or a Tr*mp supporter as we won’t get along. Would like someone with a similar low-key lifestyle.
