Basement Bedroom in Queer Household

Description

Seeking a roommate for the open bedroom in our BIPOC/queer/trans/alternative lifestyle friendly house. We are a few young adults with partners and active social lives, who on occasion enjoy a meal or a game night together!
We live right off Logan and Evans near south broadway, Sante Fe, and multiple I- entrances. Small/midsize basement room, carpet, shared bathroom with standing shower, pets negotiable.
Fully fenced backyard, lots of space for raised garden beds if desiring a project. Likely one parking spot available with alley access, and always plenty of street parking. Main common spaces are upstairs, laundry room in basement. Working dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, and other appliances.
