This bathroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor and comes with a parking space. The master bedroom is available for my new roommate, unfurnished, offering a private space to decorate as you wish. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. Heat and water are included in the rent. We will need to split the costs for utilities such as gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, and apartment insurance. I also would like us both to sign the new lease starting September 1st.

Yeah, it’s a bit of a landlord special, but it’s home, lol. Also you’ll have 1 extra furry roommate named Casey! He’s a lbs doxie-poo!
