Hello! My name is Syd, and I’m very interested in renting. I’ve lived in the Commercial Drive area for the past ten years, and would love to stay in the neighbourhood. I work in the film industry and have for over 6 years. I don’t smoke, party, or make excessive noise, I’m just looking for a place to call home.

I know that in this city, finding a rental with a dog can be nearly impossible, and I completely understand why many landlords are cautious. That said, it’s just me and my small (cat sized), quiet, fully house-trained pup—he’s more like my shadow than anything else. He’s well-behaved, non-destructive, cat sized. I have references available that will vouch!
