Hey everyone! I am looking to fill one more spot in my bath apt! The bedroom (shared bath with me) is . TRAFFIC CIRCLE AREA!!! The landlord might raise the rent upon moving in (normally only $ total a year) so this might be subject to change. There are two parking spots (they’re tandem) and street parking so preferably looking for a person without cars or okay with a set parking schedule. Looking for people who are kind, respectful, semi clean and most of all communicative. Communication is a must!! Especially with the parking situation.

About me: I am , work fully remote from home, I have a cat but there are no other animals allowed and my cat does not do well with any other pets. So she will have to remain the only pet in the home (she is very friendly). I am liberal, lgbtq+ friendly, alc friendly looking for likeminded individuals. I love reality tv, the beach, and hanging out with my bff on weekends. Not friendly inside the house. Currently have a weekly cleaning schedule with my current roommates that id like to keep in action!

Due to a very bad/potentially dangerous previous roommate situation, I would like to meet in person to talk things over, if you have references that would be amazing. Due to past bad experiences, the lease has a clause about overnight guests not exceeding 8 nights per month. The deposits are the same as first months rent. Please reach out with any questions.
