Room in Mishawaka, IN

Description

Hello, I, Kenna, and my roommate Maddie have a room available between the UP mall and Downtown Mishawaka. The monthly rent is $, utilities not included and the room is available but we have leeway to have you sign on to the lease until mid August. We surrently rent through PMI Michiana.

We have two cats and are not looking to have any dogs as I am highly allergic. You would be renting one private bedroom and we have a shared bathroom, plus a half bath. Our roommate is taking her washer/dryer so laundry would be off for the time being. There is full AC and heat as well as a driveway to park in.

Internet is something we are setting up shortly, but utilities run about $ a month for water/trash/electric and $ for gas.

Maddie and I are homebodies and spend a lot of time coexisting in the living room. We like anime, kpop, good food, and a fun binge watch session. We don't usually have people over.
