Double bedroom available in our lovely 3-bed terraced house in the heart of Stoke Newington from end of July/early August. Please read the below and if it sounds good we would love to arrange a viewing:
🛌 the room: furnished with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, shelving, large mounted TV, a four poster bed bedside table. The windows are bright and south facing with electric blinds.
🏡 rest of the house: bathroom, terraced house. Separate kitchen and living room with a cute little garden with bike storage accessed through the kitchen. We have a dishwasher, coffee machine and even 2 fridges, all working well and communal. We have a separate utility room too with washer, and tumble dryer. 💷 the logistics: rent is £ Bills included with 1 month rest as deposit , cleaner contributions, bills contributions and house maintenance £ extra all in. The low rent is because I have just had a baby, so any tenant will have to be happy to have that. She is an absolute angel, but that does mean this is not a party house (although we are not impartial to a glass of wine and hanging out!)
📍the location: We are located right at one end of Church Street along stoke newington high street, so excellent transport links.
5 minute walk to Stoke Newington station. 👯‍♀️ 👶Housemates: Young professional couple and baby:
- Me, Bella, (she/her) , work in Media. Will be back full time in September after almost a year of Mat leave!
- James, (he/him) works as a sustainability engineer , has the classic routine part time in the office ans part time WFH
- Our lovely little baby Scarlett, only 8 months old but good as gold. 🐶Pets: we have a cat called Nova and a little dog called Pluto. 🙋‍♀️ you?: we’re looking for someone of a similar age and lifestyle to join the house family. No couples but partner’s welcome to stay.
