City Park Room for Rent

Description

Hi, I'm a yo CSU DVM student looking for a quiet, clean roommate. This location has three units: the main space, the basement, and the adjacent add-on. We will be in the main space. It's full bath. There's a porch on the front that's ours. The front/backyard spaces are shared with the other tenants- both who have really nice dogs. There's a shed we can use in the backyard, and we have an extra closet in the entryway, as well, for storage. I don't have a car right now (and commute by e-bike), so the driveway is all yours until that changes.

I have a yo cat, Monty, who has been confined to a studio space or bedroom for the past 5 years. He doesn't love other animals. So, I'm looking for someone without dogs or cats at this time to allow him the space to exist outside of my room during his retirement.

When I'm not on campus, I'll mostly be studying or hanging out outside- in our yard or around the park. This is a pretty cool location as far as proximity to City Park and CSU. The couch and coffee table are staying with the unit, but otherwise it'll be mostly empty when my current roommate finishes moving out- I don't have a tv, etc.
