Hello, I have 3 bedrooms available for rent and 1 restroom. I will be inhabiting the home still in my master bedroom but you will have your space and privacy. Ideally, looking for a small family or 3 adults. I would prefer no small children.
Utilities are not included.

$There is a one month deposit and $ one month advance payment required. No pets, no smoking, clean person, no at home workers. New House, New neighborhood near I- freeway and lots of stores, restaurants, and schools nearby.
