Hello,
I’m looking to sublet my apartment in a very beautiful and safe building within a 1 min walk from the Penn Station.
I have attached a picture of the view from the hall and the floor plan. Please dm for more pictures and videos and any other details.
The apartment is furnished, I like roomy spaces so there isn’t much but I’d be happy to order if you require. It’s a bed 1 bath apartment that is spacious for 1 person or can also be shared by people (I have an air mattress and a sofa bed as well). There is an absolutely gorgeous view of the NYC skyline and the Hudson River- the unit is on the th floor.

It’s available for an immediate move in, until September 1st. (Flexible with the dates)

I pay per month including the facility fees, utilities, etc. I’m open to negotiate.

Great location for easy commute anywhere (1 min walk from the penn station)
