Hi all! We are looking for two roommates to fill two rooms in our place in Mira mesa area, off Black Mountian road.

Bedroom x.5 ft closet.
Bedroom x. ft closet.
They will share a bathroom.
Deposit is equal to first months rent.
We have furniture to furnish one of the rooms if desired. +$ per month if furnished room is desired.

month lease - until June . We have an sqft townhouse. Outdoor patio, A/C, in unit washer and dryer, and plenty of street parking a minute walk away from our unit.
Utilities(water, trash, sewer) are included in rent. Electricity and wifi are split evenly.

A little bit about us:
Andres - y/o Phsyical therapist. Works during the week and occasional weekends. Goes the the gym regularly, does jujitsu, rides his motorcycle on weekends and is very clean.
Britney - y/o personal trainer/yoga instructor. Works Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. Also goes to the gym and takes yoga classes. Typically rides her motorcycle on weekends, often takes the dogs to the park/beach, constantly tends to the plants and does chores around the house.
We have two dogs and a cat so unfortunately NO more animals.

What we are looking for:
Someone who is around our age:
Also physically active. Works out of the house. No animals. Someone who is clean and respectful of quiet hours(am). Britney goes to bed fairly early(around 8pm) and sometimes has to wake up at 5 am for work.
We are NOT looking for someone who brings the party home. Looking for someone who likes to do things out of the home. Who cleans up after themselves and is ok with splitting some chores for common areas.
