We are looking for a 4th roommate to move into our studio apartment in our house! It is in the basement of the house but can be used as just as an apartment. The 3 of us are very fun and outgoing, and we love going out and having fun. We are very accommodating and understand different schedules/work. We have a shared living room/common area. We are also walking distance from King Soopers and the connected shopping area. The lease would be starting in August.
