Seeking male roomie for Asian apt

Hi y’all! I’m moving out of this beautiful SoMa apartment and the other tenant (a
Japanese male)
is looking for a roommate. No couples! Male roomie preferred.

June is paid for and you’re welcome to move in before then or move in July 1. Rent includes water and trash so it varies a little every month.

Management fixes everything— literally — from an app. They’ll fix lightbulbs to tub stoppers to changing the window screens with a day or two notice. Super convenient.

Parking is available for a fee

The available room has been turned into an office (pictured) for the time being. The apartment has a Juliette balcony with a view of the Salesforce skyline. One bathroom. Gym in building. Laundry in unit. Adjacent to Costco.

It would be great to find someone familiar with Asian households or who even speaks Japanese. It’s a shoeless home.

He occasionally works from home but mostly on M-F and isn’t really a party person, so he’s hoping for someone who is also on the chiller side — but he loves watching basketball and catching games or MMA fights!

Again— No couples. Preferably another male!

The lease ends Feb (looking for someone to stay the full time plz)
