I have a private room for rent with a private bathroom, shared entry in a gorgeous, new townhouse in Lyndhurst. It's a 3 min. walk to the midtown NJ transit train. 3 stops to Penn station. 1 min walk to the nyc bus. min. door-door. Parking included. SHARED KITCHEN, SHARED LAUNDRY. Must be kept clean after each use. I work at home most of the week so person must be compatible with quiet. No parties, no smoking allowed.

Nice, clean town with proximity to restaurants and shopping. I'm asking $ a month, all inclusive.
