Room to sublet close to campus!

Hello! I am looking to sublet my room, to a girl, in a bath apartment super close to campus! ( Anderson Ave) Rent is $ a month, you will need to pay for utilities (water and electricity). There are two current girls living there, they are super sweet, quiet, and very clean! Also the landlord is awesome and very responsive. The lease starts August 1st :)
