I'm a professional person working in HR and looking for someone to rent the room that is social but also likes their own personal space. Ideally, it has to be ok around my son. He has got such a good routine, very settled with sleeping at night, so you don't have to worry about your sleep. The house is cleaned every 2 weeks, which is also included.
Car parking is available, however this is on a different street 1 minute walk away due to permit parking outside, so there no spaces outside due to residential parking. The room has been fully refurbished. Room clean and tidy.

Available from the early July family-like run home. Would suit a professional, down to earth, easy-going, clean individual who has a good sense of humour. Only accepting cabin crew, airport training or pilot training at Manor Royal.

£ deposit to secure the room and £ rent due on move in day and from the 1st of each month thereafter. The deposit will be refunded on the move out date once the room has been checked and the key is returned.
