I have a furnished bedroom with en-suite bathroom available to rent in my 3-bedroom (end unit) townhouse located in Montgomery Village, MD (near the Safeway on Goshen).

It’s just me living here, so no other roommates.

Asking $/mo rent plus a $ contribution towards utilities.

Looking for short term (as short as a month if needed), but open for it evolving into longer if it works out for us both. Female housemate preferred.
