Private room for rent with included monthly maid service, available in Dobson Ranch for female roommate. Ready for move in by August 1st but we may potentially be able to coordinate an earlier move in you need.

I'm looking to fill two open rooms in a single story home in Dobson Ranch, between Price & Dobson Baseline. You can rent one room or both together if you like.

Looking for working professionals or older students (graduate/PhD students) who like to be very clean and tidy, and are more into game nights, movie nights, & occasional karaoke versus all night ragers.

I'd like to find someone who is looking to stay for at a year, but I'm open to short term if we're a great fit.

Parking: Carport parking, driveway parking, and tons of street parking right outside.

Bathroom will be shared with 1 roommate.

There are 2 cats that are friendly & well behaved.
