Hello Friends! I am moving out from my place and have my current room available to rent. We have three floors in our townhouse and it’s walking distance to downtown, university and Japantown!. It’s located next to park with great walking areas. The townhouse is shared with three other individuals who are professionals. Theater director, data analyst and pharmacist! We are all LGBtQ and friendly! Message me with your bio if you are interested. There is a year long contract starting from May1st. No short term leasing! We currently have two lovely cats at home. We are social people who hangs out from time to time to play board games, watch movies and have dinner nights. I’m looking for someone kind, responsible, and easygoing to take over my space.

The room is spacious and bright, with private balcony to sunset! Room is the master bedroom in the house and has private bathroom with tub as each roommate does! Rent is $ + utilities, and you’d be sharing the home with some awesome 3 housemates who are friendly, respectful, and enjoy a peaceful, clean living environment.
