Hey! We’ve got the main bedroom with a private ensuite coming available at the end of July in our place in McDowall ( per week, plus an even split on bills.

The room’s unfurnished and pretty spacious. You’ll be living with two laid-back housemates (M). We share a comfy upstairs and downstairs lounge, a kitchen, and there’s a small backyard too. Street parking is easy.

About us:
• Chill, tidy, and respectful
• I’ve got two friendly indoor cats, so you’ll need to be cool with cats
• No other pets please – the two we’ve got are plenty!

You:
• Have a stable job
• Are clean, considerate, and easy to get along with
• Looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly home (but again – no extra pets!)

It’s a quiet area, close to parks, shops, and public transport.
