2 Rooms for Rent

Description

I’m renting out two separate, unfurnished bedrooms in my Beaverton home for $/month each. Rent includes all utilities: power, water, garbage, internet, and in-home laundry. Move-in available immediately. Month-to-month or long-term welcome. First month’s rent and a $ refundable deposit due at move-in.

Also open and prefer to rent out the two bedrooms to one person for $.

The rooms are side-by-side (approx. ft and ft), both with great natural light. The full bathroom is shared and has dual sinks and plenty of storage. There’s also a half bath in the garage. You’ll have shared use of the kitchen, living rooms, garage, fenced backyard, driveway parking, and hallway storage. One shed is available for extra storage if needed. A second shed is used by contractors who stop by occasionally via a side gate. They’re respectful, quick, and never enter the house or yard. I’ll give you a heads-up if they plan to come by.

You’ll be sharing the home with me (late s, gay, student) and my large, super chill Great Dane. I’m clean, privacy-focused, and usually keep to myself. LGBTQ+ friendly (non-negotiable), -friendly, no tobacco use. I’m looking for someone low-key, respectful, and communicative. I’m open to another dog if they’re house-trained and get along with mine.

This isn’t a party house — just looking for clean, easygoing roommates. The bedrooms are close together, so being mindful of noise and space is important. Guests are fine with communication.

Close to Intel, parks, and grocery stores. I’ll be doing a $ background check and may ask for references or proof of income. Message me with a bit about yourself and any questions!
