Looking for a roommate to join two women in their early s in our massive apartment in Meatpacking! It’s a prime location with an affordable price and wonderful roomies!

The room comes with a bed + mattress. Must purchase additional furniture for bedroom + bathroom from current tenant. This room also has its own bathroom with the other two roommates sharing the second bathroom.

There is in-unit laundry and a dishwasher! We also have an extra bedroom that I have been using as an office, making the home very remote work friendly.

The apartment is part of a small co-op building. It is located at th right next to the A/C/E/L and a short walk to the F/M/ & PATH. You can get almost anywhere in minutes!

This is the flights of stairs) of a walk up building.

You will have a cute, non-shedding dachshund roomie every other month (called Ollie).
